Maria Mar is known as the Dream Alchemist for her leadership role in helping women transmute their emotional wounds into Personal Medicine that allows them to manifest their dream. Considered by many as the leading Latina spiritual teacher of our times in the USA, she is one of the few personal growth experts in the world with a female wisdom-based path. Corazon is a published author, a bailaora who has been featured in television, and a magazine editor. Corazon was an anorexic young woman when she met Maria Mar. Based on what she learned from Maria Mar she not only healed herself. She created her own system to help women and teen girls prevent anorexia and live joyfully in their bodies. Corazon became Maria Mar's apprentice in 1993. She then studied Maria Mar's system and became a teacher in this system in 1998. She is now Maria Mar's creative and business partner!

"When I met Maria Mar what struck me most forcefully about Maria was a sense of her absolute authenticity and deep compassion and empathy, along with her wonderful sense of humor and uncompromising commitment to truth.

I met Maria at a time when I was wearing myself out doing work that I found very stimulating but also very compulsive as a feminist activist running an exciting project. The work was varied and broad enough that I had the impression of doing many different sorts of work although in fact none of it was creative work. Something inside me was drying up and getting burned out, to the point that I destroyed my health.

Maria opened my eyes to the effects on my life of the various wounds I have received and helped me to see the set of false beliefs I had evolved in response to them.
