Maria Mar wrote the self-help novel Catch the Dream Express: Alchemical journey into your dream as an empowering journey through a woman's obstacles towards her Personal Dream. Using the Female Way of Knowing, Maria quickens a woman's process of manifestation while empowering her with an encyclopedia of Female Wisdom easily applied to her daily life. The novel is part of the Dream Kit, an interactive experience that promotes new insights and expands the reader's perceptual limits. To increase awareness and allow for the application of the tools embedded in the novel, Maria Mar created the workbook.

Maria Mar has also created the Dream Express Coaching Program. In this one-semester course, the content of the novel and workshop is delivered incrementally, enriched with step-by-step guidance. This experience allows the reader to journey through the fictional story, guided by Maria Mar, and to apply the wisdom in a step-by-step journey. The reader then becomes the true protagonist of the novel! The Dream Express Program is available also as a series of Interactive Lectures entitled the Catch the Dream Express Lectures.

Catch the Dream Express is a Dream Kit created by PBS-featured artist-shaman Maria Mar, the Dream Alchemist, to jumpstart youth and women into their Personal Dreams, helping them recognize, name and overcome the obstacles to their goals and dreams.

Defying limiting boundaries between fiction and non-fiction, Maria Mar has created a new genre: the self-help novel. Her recently launched Dream Kit features the self-help novel Catch the Dream Express: alchemical journey to manifest your dream. Only a writer who is also a life coach, personal growth specialist and spiritual teacher could accomplish this feat. Maria Mar encoded an encyclopedia of Female Wisdom-based practical knowledge in the fictional story. She created a female character that is a composite of her own life with other real-life stories. The resulting character is an archetypal female protagonist in an archetypal quest to which women can strongly relate.

The full-length novel is accompanied by a workbook with tools and insights that allow the reader to apply the wisdom encoded in the fiction to real life.

The illustrated workbook allows the reader to follow the protagonist's quest, using the tools to discover, recover and manifest her own Personal Dream.

Finally, Maria Mar has included a meditation audio where she coaches the reader through a a journey to quest for her Dreamlife Vision. This vision allows the reader to access her potential and her deepest wishes, to ensure that her goals include her values, talents and quality of life that she needs to ensure success with soul.
