Female Leadership: The Female Face of Power Lecture Series
The Female Leadership: The Female Face of Power Lecture Series provides the insights and practical tools to help women develop a leadership based on the Female Way of Knowing. It brings awareness of the Female Powers and the valuable gifts women bring to society.
Finally, it helps women release the learned limitations that sabotage their own wisdom and power, so that they can assume their own brand of leadership and redefine power in our society.
In my Female Leadership Series I help women to reclaim their Shakti Power. This is their Sacred Feminine energy. I also teach them to bring their Shiva, or Sacred Masculine energy into balance with their Shakti. This is called the Marriage of Power and creates wholesomeness, strengthens a woman's self-esteem and establishes new paradigms of power for women, groups and communities.
I teach women how to awaken the Female Powers that have been dormant or have been devalued by our society. I help them see that every action, event or being has both, Shakti and Shiva. Communication consists of listening and talking. Exchange involves receiving and giving. Yin and Yang, Sympathethic and Parasympathetic Systems, Left and Right Brain Hemispheres, Negative and Positive electrical charges, and on and on. These energies have been called by many names and are out of balance in our society. My teachings on Female Leadership help restore this balance.
