FlightDream Workshop
is a unique chance to work with
two female artist-shamans who have spent 14 years researching women's

Breathing and Gentle stretches
The
FlightDream Workshop
is a 4-hour hands-on workshop that begins with body
relaxation and gentle stretches, inducing:

Full breathing and body relaxation.
Women release stress and learn
relaxation and breathing techniques.

Body-mind practices to release the Fear Reflex that
triggers habitual responses, trapping women in the past and limiting their
progress.

Body Walk training. Learn basic posture exercises that

fears and free your true stature every day with minimum effort.

Power Walk Ceremonial Guidance
The workshop closes with a shamanic walk to help each woman
bridge the gap between where she stands now and where she wants to be.
The women are guided through a Power Walk to walk
through fears and limitations.
