How to channel your thoughts in order to
create the life you want.
Look at your life right
now. See it as a movie. Are you the protagonist or are you an extra? As an
extra, you are focused on others ―who take up most of the screen time. You
enter a scene; serve coffee, dinner, hand in papers or take care of the main
characters and leave. Scene after scene you support, console and serve
others, who are the main players. Yet your gifts remain anonymous and you
remain sliced among all the scenes, without a congruent story that bears
your name and leads to the life you want. Others are the main characters.
The plot serves their needs and desires. This movie is not about you.

to live the quality of life you desire and need in order to thrive. If you
are not getting back enough energy, money, satisfaction and recognition,
then you are depleting yourself. Your balance of giving and receiving is out
of synch. You will burn out quickly, like a flame. That is not God's will
for you. Everything on this Earth needs to grow, and you too, have a right
to grow in health, wisdom, love and wealth. Goodness does not demand that
you do without, but that you overflow in abundance so that others around you
can shower in that abundance.
Thirdly, you would be
living in an environment that reflected your beauty and nourished your soul,
and you would be surrounded by people who honored your needs and the gifts
you bring to the world.
Simply put, you would
become your DreamSelf.
Why aren’t you already
there, if your life would feel so good? This is what my clients find out
when they explore this question:
When I ask these women if
they like their drama, negative friends or habitual self-sabotage behavior,
they say no. They hate them. They want to let these things go, but they also
hate to leave their Comfort Zone. The
